Six from Four

Following previous posts comprising over twenty images in each, today's post 19th May 2015, is very short; just six pics from four contributors.


WINWICK & ELSEWHERE


First up are two shots from Ieuan Wood. In his first, GBRf UK/Sleeper class 92, 92018, is shown light engine at Winwick,  on 17th May 2015.










Second from Ieuan is a treble loco consist of class 57, 57316; class 47, 47237 and class 57, 57315 all of the WCRC. The location was Winwick and the date, 14th May 2015.








Geoff Monks has sent in the next two shots. His first depicts Freightliner class 66, 66957 Stephenson Locomotive Society 1909-2009 at Ashley, with a Bredbury - Runcorn Folly Lane loaded 'bin liner'. The shot is dated 15th May 2015.







EWS (DBS) class 66, 66204 is up next in Geoff's second shot. The location was Winwick and the working  was Plymouth Laira - Kilmarnock. The shot is dated 15th May 2015.







The fifth shot is from David Wood. Arriva liveried class 67, 67001 is pictured at Winwick on 11th May 2015 with a Manchester Piccadilly - Holyhead service.








Shot number six is an older example, on file, from Jeff Nicholls. DRS class 37s, 37607 and 37218 are pictured in the rain at Winwick Junc on 3rd April 2015. The 'Special' was the marathon  Eastleigh - Inverness, "Highland Chieftain". Jeff was sheltering from the rain beneath Burtonwood bridge.
