Seven pics, Eleven locos

In today's post, 29th November 2013, I am using seven pics from just three contributors but featuring eleven locomotives.

First up are two pics from Alan Rigby. Pic number one shows GBRf class 92, 92032  IMechE Railway Division, on a light engine move from Carlisle to Rugby L/E on 22nd November 2013. Shot at Winwick.

Code - November W12

Next, pic number two, taken at the same place and on the same date features double-heading DRS class 37s. The locos were 37601 and 37261 on a Daventry - Coatbridge intermodal.

Code - November W13

Pic three, one of five from Jeff Nicholls (is anyone else bothering these days?), shows the Fridays-only Mossend - Hams Hall working led by a triple header consisting of the following - EWS (DBS) class 92, 92041, DBS class 67, 67016 and EWS (DBS) class 66, 66164. The location was Winwick and the date, 22nd November 2013.             Code - November W14

Pic four, again from Jeff was taken at Highfield Moss on the Chat Moss line. Pictured are double heading Stanier 'Black Five' 4-6-0s, with support coaches on 26th November 2013.

Code - November W15

Jeff's third pic, number five overall, shows DRS class 37, 37218, heading a rake of PFA containers from Crewe to Drigg in Cumbria.

Code - November W16

DBS class 60, 60024 is pictured next in pic number four from Jeff, number six overall. The working was FFPS - LBT empty coal hoppers ; a southbound Pendolino is just visible in the background.

 Code - November W17

Another pic from Jeff at number seven. Bulleid 'Pacific' No.34067 Tangmere is pictured on a Carnforth - Southall move. The location was Winwick and the date, 21st November 2013.

Code - November W18

The first and only pic in this section, pic number eight overall, is from Ieuan Wood - one of his pics from a Chorlton visit on 12th November 2013. The working was an intermodal and the loco, Freightliner class 90, 90016.     Code - November A9

Voting closes for the 'Pic of the Month',  October 2013 competition at 2400hrs 1st December 2013. The voting system is simple - just send me the yellow October code numbers of the three pics you have chosen as 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each section, Winwick, and Alternatives (UK and World combined). All October dated pics posted between 5th October and 30th October are eligible, and have code numbers. My email address is at the top of the blog. Everyone, contributors or not, can vote; please do so as voting is poor up to now.
