Lucky Thirteen

Another thirteen pics are posted today, 21st July 2012, representing seven enthusiasts. Several of the pics were taken on the same day, 18th July 2012.


WINWICK


Jeff Nicholls' shot of the Northern Belle (NB) is up first taken on the WCML near Arpley on 20th July 2012. The loco in NB livery is 47790, Galloway Princess, running Euston - Blackpool.

Next, pic number two, is a shot from Bob McClellan taken at Winwick on 16th July 2012. DRS class 66, 66302, is shown with a Springs Branch - Daventry repaired wagon move.

The fifth and final shot in this local section has been sent in by Jeff Nicholls. Featured are double heading EWS (DBS) class 92s, 92027 and 92025 (DIT) on the daily Arpley - Carlisle test working of 4-wheeled, engineers wagons.

Our twelfth pic has been sent in by Geoff Monks. GBRF class 66, 67709, sporting its recent livery advertising the MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company), is depicted passing Manchester Oxford Road with a Trafford Park - Felixstowe intermodal on 18th July 2012.
